There are two elements of the obstacle to notice

First…A Possible Threat to the Unity of the Church.
Second…A Possible Threat to the Spiritual Mission of the Church.

Notice what was NOT the solution to the problem 

1. The apostles did not throw out the complainers.
2. The church did not shun or ignore the complainers.
   (Colossians 3:12-15; 1 Peter 4:8)
3. The complainers did not start a new church down the road.
