God’s expectations concerning the mankind’s ability to constantly strive to keep His Covenants.
Genesis 1:28 – God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase innumber; fill the earth(scatter) and subdue it.
Gen 9:1- Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, “Be fruitful and increasein number and fill the earth (scatter command).
Gen 11:4 – Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower thatreaches to the heavens, sothat we may make a namefor ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over theface of the whole earth.”
v. 8 – So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city.
God scatters man when man doesn’t scatter.
Acts 1:8 – But you willreceive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; andyou will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judeaand Samaria, and to theends of the earth.”(SCATTER COMMAND)
The presence of Jesus reestablished the Scatter Command.
Acts 8:1 – On that day agreat persecution broke out against the church inJerusalem, and all except the apostles were scattered throughout Judeaand Samaria.
