The apostle Paul frequently emphasized “faith, hope and love” in his letters (Colossians 1:4-5; 2 Thessalonians. 1:3-4; Tit. 2:2; etc.). But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 God did not just tell us He loved us and then left it there.
